What is the price per square meter?

Do you take care of all the building permits and the town hall?

What are the payment methods?

Each budget is different, but for amounts less than €10,000 we request 50% of the amount before starting the project and the remaining part once finished. If the amount is higher, when signing the project we will ask you for 10% of the amount, before starting the work for 25% and the rest by certifications.

How long does it take to complete a project?

This answer is very arbitrary, since each project we work on requires a more or less invasive working method. But, generally, once the budget has been signed and 50% of the amount has been paid (in amounts less than €10,000) we coordinate all the work to start as quickly as possible .

Do you have the necessary permits to remove asbestos?
